Family Mini Sessions in Charlotte and Davidson, North Carolina
It’s time for fall photos again! I’m opening my books for mini photo sessions in Charlotte and Davidson, North Carolina. Mini sessions are 15 minute time slots at a predetermined location. You will receive 25 high resolution, edited photos in an online gallery, just in time to send out holiday cards.

Davidson Butterfly Meadow
The Davidson Butterfly Meadow is a grassy, open area with lots of greenery. It’s perfect for all shoots, but especially those who want lots of space to play, explore and connect with the outdoors.

Modern Charlotte Studio Mini
This modern indoor studio space in Charlotte has clean white walls, props and furniture. We will be putting up a flower installation as well. This is perfect for anyone concerned about weather, or who prefers a private, indoor space to be photographed.

Camp North End
Camp North End is a creative neighborhood in North Charlotte. It has a mix of industrial buildings, murals, art installations and patches of wildflowers. It’s a great location for anyone who wants to explore the area afterward!

How long are the time slots - can we add time?
The time slots are 15 minutes. Since the sessions are back to back, time can’t be added. If you’re interested in longer sessions, contact me using the form below for pricing and available dates. It’s also possible to book two timeslots.
Can we choose alternative locations?
No, the locations for these mini sessions are fixed.
How many images do you deliver?
~25
How can I be alerted when you open up mini sessions?
You can also sign up for my mini session email list to be notified when I open up mini’s, and you will get first dibs on timeslots.
What can mini sessions be used for?
It’s your 15 minutes — so you choose! You can use them for family photos, a short couple’s session, headshots, maternity photos, senior photos etc.
What can I expect from mini photo sessions with Kelsey Mard?
All locations are based in Charlotte, NC or Davidson, NC. The time will go by super quickly and cover a mix of candid and posed shots. Because the slot is so short, it may feel chaotic in the moment (especially if you have small kids) but the images will not reflect that.
